2. Website delivery and hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, technically necessary request data is processed. This can include your IP address, the requested address, date and time, referrer, browser, operating system, device information and response status.
The processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain its stability and security, diagnose errors and prevent misuse.
Danijel Cerović processes personal data in accordance with Montenegro's Law on Personal Data Protection. Where the GDPR also applies, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f); the legitimate interests are secure and reliable website operation.
Recipients are the website's technical development and hosting-administration provider, Netlify and Netlify's authorised subprocessors. The technical provider acts only on documented instructions and is not a controller of visitor data.
Netlify may process data outside the European Economic Area. Netlify states that transfers to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where it does not apply, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Details are available in the Netlify Data Processing Agreement.
Technical data is retained only as long as necessary for delivery, security, troubleshooting and compliance with applicable law, according to the processors' contractual deletion schedules. It is then deleted or anonymised.
3. Contacting us
The website has no contact form. If you contact us using an email address or telephone number shown on the site, we process the details you provide, such as your name, contact details, message and attachments, to answer the inquiry and, where relevant, arrange a booking or perform a contract.
Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual communication and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other inquiries. The legitimate interest is responding to communications addressed to us. Our email and telecommunications providers may receive the data.
Inquiry data is deleted when the matter has concluded and no further retention is necessary. Business correspondence may be retained longer where required by tax, accounting or other legal obligations.
4. External videos
Video preview images are stored on this website. A connection to YouTube is not made merely by visiting a video page. The YouTube player is created only after you select “Load video from YouTube”.
By selecting that button, you consent to the connection for that video under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where applicable. Your IP address, referrer, browser and device information and interactions with the player are transmitted to Google. Google may use cookies or similar browser storage and may associate activity with a Google account if you are signed in. Consent is not saved: reloading the page restores the blocked player. You may simply leave the video blocked without any disadvantage.
The player uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, youtube-nocookie.com. This reduces personalisation but does not prevent all data processing. For users in the EEA, Google services are generally provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may process data in other countries, including the United States, relying on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and other safeguards. See Google's Privacy Policy and data-transfer information.
5. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential first-party cookies. Locally hosted fonts and images are used. YouTube may use cookies or similar storage only after you activate a video as described above. Consequently, no site-wide cookie banner is shown.
6. External links
Links to social networks, ticket sellers, record stores and other third-party websites do not create a connection to those services until you follow the link. The destination provider is responsible for processing after you leave this website.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time for the future. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Send requests to the controller email above. You also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority, including the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro (AZLP).
8. Changes
This notice will be updated when the website's services or data-processing practices change.
